Terms of service
1. Terms
By using kicktrack.app and the KickTrack apps, you agree to these terms of service and to all applicable laws and regulations, and you are responsible for complying with applicable local laws. If you don't agree with any of these terms, you may not use KickTrack. The materials on this website are protected by copyright and trademark law.
2. Use license
You may temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on the KickTrack website for personal, non-commercial, transitory viewing only. This is a license, not a transfer of title, and under it you may not:
- modify or copy the materials;
- use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display, commercial or non-commercial;
- attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software on the KickTrack website;
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from the materials; or
- transfer the materials to another person or mirror them on any other server.
This license ends automatically if you violate any of these restrictions, and KickTrack may end it at any time. When it ends, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, electronic or printed.
3. Disclaimer
The materials on the KickTrack website are provided as is. KickTrack makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all other warranties, including implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other rights.
KickTrack also makes no representations about the accuracy, likely results or reliability of the materials on its website, or on any site linked to it.
4. Limitations
In no event shall KickTrack or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the materials on the KickTrack website, even if KickTrack or an authorized representative has been told about the possibility of such damage. Some jurisdictions don't allow limitations on implied warranties or on liability for consequential or incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
5. Accuracy of materials
The materials on the KickTrack website could include technical, typographical or photographic errors. KickTrack doesn't warrant that any of them are accurate, complete or current, may change them at any time without notice, and makes no commitment to update them.
6. Links
KickTrack hasn't reviewed all of the sites linked from its website and isn't responsible for their contents. A link doesn't imply that KickTrack endorses the site. You use any linked website at your own risk.
7. Modifications
KickTrack may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website you agree to the version current at that time.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts there.
Privacy policy
Who is responsible
Dr. David Urbansky, Chemnitzer Str. 61, 01187 Dresden, Germany, mail@kicktrack.app.
Hosting
The website and the web app are served by Cloudflare. To deliver the pages and protect them from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser and the time of each request.
Visitor statistics
We count visits with Plausible Analytics. It sets no cookies and stores no personal data, so a visit can't be traced back to you. The website uses no other trackers and no cookies.
Contact form
When you send the contact form, we receive your name, email address, subject and message, and use them only to answer you.
News and match counter
The news and the match counter on the home page are loaded from Content Hub (contenthub.cloud), which receives your IP address with each request.
Chat assistant
The chat on the website is provided by Yoonoo (yoonoo.ai). Loading it sends your IP address to Yoonoo’s server. When you write to the assistant, your messages are sent to Yoonoo and an AI language model to answer them, and are stored with the conversation, so please don’t share personal details in the chat. The chat sets no cookies.
Using the app
To run your league, KickTrack stores your group's name and password, the email address of the account, your players' names, your matches and tournaments, and, if you add them, players' email addresses for digest emails and a Slack webhook URL. We use this data only to provide KickTrack: for example, to send password reset links and the digest emails you switched on, and to post results to your Slack channel. The app keeps your login on your device.
Payments
Paid plans are paid through Stripe. Stripe receives your payment details directly; we only learn which plan your group has and see the invoices.
Your rights
You can ask what we store about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, and take your data with you. You can also complain to a data protection authority. Write to mail@kicktrack.app.
